#SmoothieBowlLife Mangoberry


Smoothie bowls are my favorite recipe for an easy, delicious, and nutrionally packed breakfast, or even dessert! These treats also give you the opportunity to experiment with different superfoods and healthy toppings! Create some of your own versions of a smoothie bowl and send us the recipes, so we can try them out! #SmoothieBowlLife

What you need:

  • 5-6 mango chunks

  • two small handfulls of frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)

  • Thrive lifestyle mix (optional/or add your own HEALTHY supplemental powder!)

  • chia seeds

  • flax seeds

  • coconut shreds

  • half of a banana

  • dark chocolate

  • coconut water (O.N.E. is our personal favorite)

What to do:

  • Start by adding your coconut water to your blender, Nutri-Ninja, etc.

  • Add your fruits, frozen and fresh

  • Either add your seeds and superfoods now, or save them as a topping to your smoothie bowl

  • Add your Thrive and blend all of the ingredients

  • Pour your mixture into a bowl

  • Top it of however you desire, and have some fun with it! Enjoy!
