Overnight Oatmeal Parfait


A delicious breakfast is the best way to start any day, especially if it's this pretty! This is an overnight oatmeal parfait, or so we like to call it. A little heads up, as the title reads, it is 'overnight', so it is partially prepared the night before you plan on eating it, but it'll only take you a minute to finish off this masterpiece! Prepping any foods in advance is always a great idea; it gives you plenty of more time to eat it! This is our first, but definitely not last attempt at an overnight breakfast meal. You can easily recreate this with so many different yummy ingredients, so get ready!


 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup Milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk (your own preference)

  • Yogurt

  • Chia seeds

  • Banana

  • Granola

  • Raspberries

  • Peanutbutter

  • Flax seeds

This meal needs to be prepared the night before you plan on eating it, so give yourself about two minutes to make it before bed, its super quick!

Grab yourself a glass cup that you can fill up with lots of deliciousness. If you're interested in a little extra points for presentation, you can easily find clear glass mason jars like these at any craft store. Now pour in your oatmeal and milk and stir. Cover the container of your choice and pop it into the fridge for the night! In the morning, top this oatmeal will yogurt, fruit, seeds, granola, or whatever you're craving! That's it!
