Favorite Yoga Stretches for Morning and Before Bed!


As a yogi, it is very important that you stretch daily! Whether or not that means doing a full yoga routine, flow, etc., it is crucial that you take time for yourself every day. Even if you only have 5 minutes, that 5 minutes of stretching will go a long way in helping you through your yoga journey! It also allows your body to not tense up and forget the motions you are putting it through. I hate that feeling of not doing yoga for a few days and then being super tight, and my body not as relaxed afterwards. So, it is best to at least take some time in the morning, and before bed, to give your body that love and appreciation! These various stretches are our go-to's for our daily dose of yoga and we hope you enjoy practicing them!

1. Triangle Pose

2. Warrior or Crescent Pose (both are great)

3. Camel Pose

4. Sitting Side Twist

5. Head To Knee Pose

6. Upward Dog or Cobra (both also great!)

7. Cat/Cow

8. Forward Fold
